Change brings challenges — and opportunities. Shifts in AI, global politics, and demographics are transforming how companies operate and how consumers behave. Today’s disruption is laying the groundwork for tomorrow’s growth.

We'll also share insights from our upcoming 300,000 Voices report and our Global Talent Trends study, capturing year-over-year perspectives from CEOs, CHROs, investors, and employees and revealing what it all means for the future of how people work, lead, shop, invest, and stay well.

Davos Report

Launched in 2020 to understand how the pandemic was reshaping society, the Oliver Wyman Forum’s Global Consumer Sentiment survey has grown into a five-year effort spanning 300,000 data points across 20 countries. The findings of a new report, "What 300,000 Voices Tell Us About The Next Era Of Global Change" reveal profound shifts in values, work, leadership, and spending — now increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence — and are essential to help business and government leaders understand and navigate the changes taking place.

This five-year milestone effort will culminate in an expansive upcoming report capturing how attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs have evolved through one of the most dynamic periods in recent history. Some of the results are longitudinal, with responses across all five years. Others reflect new questions being asked to help us get more closely connected with the ever-changing zeitgeist.
