Women leaders in tech breakfast series: What the data reveals about humans, work, and AI in 2026
June 4th | 8:30 - 10:00 am EST
1166 Avenue of the Americas, New York City
An intimate room. A global dataset. A conversation about the forces reshaping how we lead, invest, and build trust.
A fireside chat will be hosted by Ana Kreacic, Partner and Chief Knowledge Officer at Oliver Wyman and COO of the Oliver Wyman Forum, the global think tank behind some of the most widely cited research on how people work, lead, invest, and make decisions. Ana led the Forum's landmark five-year, 20-country study, 300,000 Voices, which has been featured at the World Economic Forum in Davos, the New York Stock Exchange, the Milken Institute Global Conference, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Forbes, and MIT Sloan.
The study tracks how nearly 300,000 people across the globe are rethinking trust, financial independence, wellness, AI, and what leadership actually looks like now. We will explore what the data reveals about how women are navigating work, wealth, AI, and leadership, and why these findings matter for the women in this room.
This chat will be moderated by Kristin Thomas, Founder & CEO of Marble Collective, connective infrastructure for remarkable women leaders, built to preserve and amplify their legacies and connect them to the investors, institutions, and audiences who follow, book, and invest in them.
