The Institute of International Finance has established this senior peer group and community of practice for our members to discuss developments in the digital asset space and share perspectives on strategic implications, opportunities, and critical issues for the industry. It will meet virtually on a monthly basis and timing will alternate to provide better scheduling options for our global membership.

Each session will feature lead discussants who will begin the dialogue by sharing some insights on the designated topic to stimulate the discussion among this senior-level peer network. For the inaugural meeting, the Co-chairs — Rene Michau, Standard Chartered; Faryar Shirzad, Coinbase; and Douglas Elliott, Oliver Wyman — will serve as the lead discussants. This session will explore different scenarios for the potential evolution of money and we look forward to an interactive session for all participants.
