Thilo is a Düsseldorf-based principal focused on AI-enabled business and operating model transformation, primarily in industrial, transport, and procurement-driven environments. He helps clients translate strategic and digital ambition into scalable execution models with clear governance, decision rights, and value delivery.
At Oliver Wyman, Thilo has supported clients on large-scale transformation and performance improvement programs. His experience includes transformation strategy, cost reduction, operating model redesign, performance management, and supply chain risk management, increasingly through an AI-first lens.
Thilo holds a diploma and PhD in pure mathematics from the University of Bonn and has passed the CFA Level I exam.
Outside of work, Thilo enjoys hiking and spending time with his wife, three children, and their dog.
