Simon is a Paris-based principal focused on operations transformation enabled by artificial intelligence and technology, primarily in the automotive, aerospace and defense, and advanced industries sectors. 

At Oliver Wyman, Simon has supported leading industrial players on large-scale transformations and performance improvement programs. His experience includes AI-driven R&D transformations, AI scaling initiatives, engineering function reorganizations, digital MRO strategy, and post-merger integration programs for major aerospace and defense transactions. 

Simon holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris.  

Outside of work, Simon enjoys cycling on roads and gravel paths, racing across France and Southern Europe. 

He is fluent in French and English and has working knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
