Konstantinos is a Dallas-based partner in Oliver Wyman’s Operations practice and leads the Manufacturing, Process Operations, and MRO practice across the Americas. He is also a leader in digital operations transformation, specializing in the intersection of operations, supply chain, artificial intelligence, and large-scale technology implementations across transportation and industrial sectors. 

With nearly two decades of consulting experience, Konstantinos has advised clients across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific on improving operational performance, building resilience, and reducing disruption risks. His expertise includes digital transformations, supply chain optimization, advanced analytics, and the application of real-time operational data and AI-enabled decision-making to complex operational environments. 

Konstantinos holds a PhD in robotics as well as master's degrees in mechanical engineering and industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan. 

Outside of work, Konstantinos enjoys outdoor sports, baking, and hobby farming. 

He is fluent in English and Greek.
