Based in Dallas, Gayla Bella is a partner in our Turnaround and Restructuring Practice.

With nearly 18 years of consulting experience, she has dedicated her career to transformation in various areas such as cash management, working capital optimization, debt restructuring, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, profit improvement, and valuation.

In addition to her expertise in all aspects of the financial restructuring process, Gayla has been instrumental in the sale of distressed assets in and out of bankruptcy. Her experience encompasses full-time and interim CFO positions, as well as advisory roles across several industries, with a recent focus on manufacturing and retail and consumer goods.

Gayla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a minor in Spanish, from the honors program at the University of Texas. She also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

When she is not working as a trusted advisor to her clients, Gayla enjoys scuba diving and hiking, exploring different parts of the world with her husband. An accomplished diver, she has completed more than 200 dives and is always looking to embark on new and exciting adventures.
