Fabrizio Maria Guidi is a Rome-based principal at Oliver Wyman, where he advises clients across manufacturing industries such as defense, industrial goods, and automotive. His work focuses on strategy and performance improvement, helping clients anticipate market shifts and create measurable impact. 

Fabrizio has worked on projects related to strategic plans, due diligence, cost reduction, and operational excellence. Fabrizio holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in industrial engineering from New York University (top grade), and an MSc in mechanical engineering from Sapienza University of Rome (top grade). He is fluent in English and Italian. 

Outside of work, Fabrizio enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
