Simon Cooper is a partner based in London and has advised leading financial institutions on approaches to risk and financial management for more than 20 years. He’s worked on numerous social issues: Simon led a project with the Schwab Foundation for Social Enterprise on corporate social innovation and co-founded the Oliver Wyman Social Impact Program, providing consulting support to charities, social enterprises, and leading nonprofit organizations. He is a member of the Oliver Wyman Climate and Sustainability platform, helping clients prepare for the challenges and opportunities presented by climate change. He hopes the Oliver Wyman Forum will help catalyze tangible actions needed to limit the impact of climate change. He holds a Ph.D in robotics and statistical estimation techniques from the University of Oxford and is a trustee of the Climate Bonds Initiative. In his spare time, Simon enjoys playing cricket, reading historical novels, and spending time with his family.

Dominik Weh

Dominik Weh is a partner working at the intersection of public policy, finance and risk, and organizational effectiveness in Oliver Wyman’s Frankfurt office. He has worked with major financial institutions, central banks, supervisors, and regulators on a variety of topics, including strategy, organization, and governance. In 2011, he spent a year seconded with the World Economic Forum, leading a project on the benefits and risks of financial innovation in the aftermath of the financial crisis. Since its launch in January 2019, Dominik has served on the leadership team of the Oliver Wyman Forum. He hopes the Climate and Sustainability initiative will make a difference by convening leaders from business, society, and the government while encouraging them to act. Dominik is the executive sponsor of GLOW, Oliver Wyman’s LGBT+ network, and is heavily invested in driving the firm’s inclusion agenda as a member of its Inclusion Council. He holds a master’s in business and economics from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. When he’s not working, Dominik enjoys art, travel, and music. “I play the cello – not professionally, although I did entertain that ambition when I was younger.“
