Ramiz Martinovic is a Principal with Oliver Wyman in the Government and Public Institutions practice. He focuses on Oliver Wyman’s public sector work in the UAE and is a core team member of the Forum’s work on Industry 5.0.

Ramiz has a decade of experience, supporting private and public sector clients across Europe and the Middle East. Since relocating to the UAE in 2017, he has advised governments on economic development, investment attraction, and organizational excellence.

Originally from Poland, Ramiz also has lived in Germany and is fluent in Polish and English, with intermediate skills in German and Turkish. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and has visited over 80 countries. He also likes to dive, snowboard, and play or watch tennis.
