Nick is the President and CEO of Oliver Wyman and Marsh Management Consulting, and Vice Chair of Marsh.
With nearly 30 years of consulting experience across the UK, Continental Europe, and North America, he has worked closely with chief executives and senior leaders of many of the world's leading companies on governance, strategy, financial planning, risk management, and regulatory response.
Over the course of his career, Nick has held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Partner of the Consumer, Industrial and Services Practice, Managing Partner of the Financial Services Practice, and Head of the European Finance and Risk Practice. He has also advised senior government leaders and policy makers on issues such as industry competitiveness and financial stability, and supported the World Economic Forum on the role of financial services in society.
Nick's published work includes contributions to a proposed 10-year vision for the UK's Financial Services sector for Her Majesty's Treasury, as well as several initiatives shaping the global debate on compensation. He was a Founding Director of TheCityUK, a Founding Advisory Board Member of the FICC Markets Standards Board, and a Member of the Sustainable Markets Initiative.
He earned a first-class honors degree in manufacturing engineering from Cambridge University.
