James Warrick-Alexander is a partner at Oliver Wyman. He advises senior executives on how to grow their business, build an effective workforce, and adapt to changing customer needs, technology, and regulations.

 

He has led large-scale transformation efforts at firms across North America and Europe with a primary focus on the financial services sector. James advised European authorities on banking sector restructuring during the Eurozone debt crisis, helped US banks adapt to new regulatory standards, and guided banks’ leaders on ways to unlock growth. He currently helps financial institutions use artificial intelligence and other techniques to meet changing customer needs.

 

James holds a BA in economics and mathematics from Yale University. He is a native English and French speaker and has extensive experience working in both languages. He has lived in France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

 

Outside of work, he enjoys running, reading, and spending time with his wife and daughter at playgrounds, zoos, and gardens.
