Arran is a senior partner at Oliver Wyman. He currently serves as Global Head of the Oliver Wyman Client Office and Head of Oliver Wyman Canada.

Arran helps industry leaders tackle key structural and strategic changes. He advises CEOs, boards, and executive teams on succession planning, M&A and inorganic growth, strategic redesign, and business transformation. With a focus in Banking and Financial Services, he has been involved in some of the key changes in the industry over recent years.

Arran serves on Oliver Wyman’s Americas leadership team, as well as the firm’s Global Banking and Financial Services leadership team. His leadership roles across regions help him provide clients with a truly global perspective.  He has also co-authored the Oliver Wyman Forum’s annual report on CEOs with the New York Stock Exchange.

Outside of work, Arran is a passionate about sports – as a fan, participant, and investor – especially padel, which he plays almost daily.  He is co-owner of AD/Vantage padel team, and is founder of an entity focused on supporting the growth of the sport in the UK and globally.  He also sits on the Board  of a number of  firms across financial services, sport and retail sectors.

Arran holds a bachelor’s degree from Oxford University in economics and management.
